There are some problems with Android operating program handling program os os handling program 3.x (and ICS): There is a traditional quick way at the desltop that will be designed after the set up - this quick way features only for applications, but the CircleLauncher is a program and has to be involved to the desltop using the product choice ... the quick way will not perform and can be removed. Also some gadgets need a reboot (or keep on a few hours) until the new set up program seems to be in the product record.
